Welcome to the official Terms of Service for Digital Nasir Siddiqui. By accessing, purchasing, or using any of our digital marketing services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before initiating any project or engagement.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Digital Nasir Siddiqui (“we”, “our”, “us”). By working with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any project-specific proposal, SLA, or communication.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Management
  • Website Design & Development
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads (Performance Marketing)
  • Content Writing & Creative Services
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Analytics, Reporting & Marketing Strategy

All services will be carried out as described in the final approved proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Deliver required content, approvals, and assets on time
  • Give proper access to platforms (Google, Meta, website, hosting, etc.)
  • Maintain timely communication
  • Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Delays in client inputs may delay delivery timelines.

4. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Delivering services professionally and within agreed timelines
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client data
  • Providing regular updates and reports
  • Acting with transparency and integrity

5. Payment Terms

  • All projects or monthly retainers must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in paused services.
  • Failure to pay within 15 days may lead to service termination.
  • Taxes, gateway fees, or platform ad spends are the client’s responsibility.

6. Revisions & Approvals

  • Most services include up to 2 free revisions.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Once a deliverable is approved, it cannot be revised without additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All final deliverables belong to the client only after full payment is completed.
  • We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
  • Clients must ensure they have rights for any content they provide.

8. Service Timelines

Timelines mentioned in proposals or discussions are estimations. Unexpected delays caused by the client, third-party platforms, or technical issues are not our responsibility.

9. Ads & Platform Policies

We are not responsible for:

  • Ad account suspension
  • Policy violations made by the client previously
  • Results impacted by platform algorithm changes
  • Increased ad costs due to market competition

We optimize campaigns but cannot guarantee specific results (ROAS, leads, sales).

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, access details, reports, strategies, and communication confidential.

11. Termination Policy

  • Either party may terminate the project with a 15-day written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for work already delivered or initiated.
  • If the client delays excessively, we may terminate the project.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Work already completed
  • Monthly retainers after the month starts
  • Delays caused by client

Refunds may only be issued for:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Work not yet initiated

13. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Website downtime
  • Security breaches unrelated to our work
  • Performance fluctuations due to third-party tools

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Mumbai jurisdiction.
