1. General Refund Rule

Digital marketing services are non-refundable once the project or service period has started.
This is because our work involves time, strategy, planning, and third-party resources that begin immediately after onboarding.

2. No Refunds Provided For

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

2.1 Work Already Started or Completed

Research work
Strategy planning
Content creation
Ads setup
Website development work
SEO tasks
Any partial or full deliverable

2.2 Monthly Retainer Services

No refunds will be issued once a month has started for:

SEO
Social Media Management
Ads Management
Content Services

2.3 Delays Caused by Client

Services are non-refundable when delays occur due to:

Late content
Missing approvals
Incomplete access
Slow communication

2.4 Results Not Guaranteed

Since digital marketing outcomes depend on algorithms, competition, budget, and audience behavior, refunds are not offered based on:

Leads quantity
Sales or revenue
ROAS
Engagement metrics

3. Refunds Allowed Only Under Limited Conditions

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

3.1 No Work Initiated

If the client requests a cancellation before any work has started, a refund (minus processing fees) may be issued.

3.2 Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If a client makes:

A double payment, or
An accidental higher payment,

The excess amount will be refunded.

4. Project Cancellation

If the client cancels a project mid-way:

Payment for all completed work will be calculated
Any remaining balance from the advance (if any) may be refunded
Work will be stopped immediately

No refunds will be issued for completed deliverables or partially completed phases.

5. Advance Payments

Advance payments (40% or 50% depending on the plan) are strictly non-refundable, as the project resources and planning begin immediately.

6. Processing Time

Eligible refunds (rare cases only) will be processed within 7–14 business days.
